Information we collect
To effectively serving needs of both solution seekers and solution providers, we collect some relevant information. We only collect information you explicitly give us.- We send cookies when you select language to enter our WEB site.
- We collect the login information you provided when you open an account to start using our service.
- We collect the email and security question/answer you provided when you use our password protection service.
- We collect the financial information (e.g. bank account, billing address, credit card) you provided when you establish financial relation with us to engage paid activities.
- As clearly indicated by our service, your problems and solutions you uploaded are stored on our servers. We also collect date, rating and feedback information when you upload and download files.
How we use information we collect
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, and to protect TuQuick and our users.- The cookies allow you to directly enter the same language portion of TuQuick WEB site as you last selected.
- The login information help identify you as a unique user and protect all data you own or you are sharing to others.
- The email and security question/answer you provided are used to recover your password in the event you forget it and when you request such a recovery. We may also use your email address to communicate with you for any issue related to using TuQuick services.
- The financial information (e.g. bank account, billing address, credit card) you provided will only be used to perform transactions you initiated or agreed on.
- All files you uploaded are used to seek solutions or provide solutions, fully initiated by your explicity requests, and fully complied with your conditions.
Choice to provide your information
TuQuick allows to you to fully control what level of your personal information you provide when using our service. For examples:- You don’t have to use your real name to register a login username. Any name unique to TuQuick system serves the purpose of identifying your account and protecting your information. A username that has not already been taken and a password are all you need to start using our service.
- You don’t have to provide your email and security question/answer unless you want us to be able to restore your password when you forget it.
- You don’t have to provide any financial information (e.g. bank account, billing address, credit card) unless you want to engage in the paid portions of our service.
- When you upload your files, no matter they are for seeking solutions or they are for providing solutions, you can choose to allow all TuQuick users to view your files or just some TuQuick users you specify to view your files.
Update or remove your information
With only one exception, that is your username, you can change or remove all information you provided to our system at any time, unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. You must have a valid password to do so. When updating or removing your information is done to you, our backup copies may still have your old information, which may have to be updated or removed at a later time.Information we share

- For legal reasons. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of TuQuick if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
- detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
- protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of TuQuick, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
